I was up at our new Haydock branch today and just wanted to drop an email to say how grateful we are for your help over the last few weeks. The guys up there were full of praise for what you did for them and how easy you were to work with. They also mentioned that due to a 3rd party supplier sending us the wrong part you took it upon yourself to drive over 360 miles round trip so you could get the correct part and fit it.
That really is top-level customer service.
